After 14 days the Free Trial pauses. Pick any paid plan to keep scoring; your monitored products, scores, and history stay in place. Nothing is deleted.
What's an overage?
Every paid plan includes a product limit. Need more room? Add products in blocks of 25 for $129 per block. You only pay for the blocks you turn on.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Flip the toggle to Annual to pay once a year and save 17% versus the monthly rate on every paid plan.
What counts as a product?
One product is a single item in your connected store's catalog that CITAQ monitors and scores. Variants of the same product count once.
