For Agencies
Prove AI ROI to every client. In one workspace.
Connect every client store, monitor every product in it, and buy the AI-query credits you run on top at a discount that deepens as your book grows. Everything you need to run AI readiness as a service.
Agency platform
Three capabilities that make AI readiness a billable service.
Every Client Store
Connect each client's storefront to one workspace and monitor every product in it. No per-store fee, no product slots to ration.
White-Label Reports
PDF exports with your agency branding. Share with clients via token link without exposing CITAQ internals.
Credits That Discount
Buy AI-query credits in prepaid blocks. The larger the commitment, the less each credit costs — down to a published floor.
Workflow
A workflow built for client-facing teams.
Connect client stores
Onboard a new client in minutes with a standard Shopify OAuth flow.
Score their catalog
Prioritize products by AI-readiness gap across all 7 scoring modules.
Run Live Verification
Confirm which products AI platforms cite correctly, and which they contradict.
Deliver white-label report
Share findings with clients via a token link without exposing CITAQ internals.
Agency credit pricing
The more you commit, the less a credit costs.
Your plan does the watching — every client store connected, every product monitored, never metered. Credits are what you spend when you want a direct answer out of an AI platform: a verification check, a head-to-head comparison, a leaderboard position. Agencies buy them in prepaid blocks, and the price per credit drops at every commitment level so your margin grows with your book.
List price
$0.05 per credit
What a credit costs with no commitment at all. Every agency can start here and step up whenever the volume justifies it.
Price floor
$0.0375 per credit
The deepest commitment on the ladder, and the lowest a credit goes. We publish the floor so you can plan against it.
| Commitment | Credits in block | Price per credit | You pay | You save | Discount off list |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| StandardCredits at list price, drawn as you use them. No commitment, no block to buy. | Pay as you go | $0.05 | — | — | |
| StudioThe first commitment rung. For a growing client book running verification on a regular cadence. | 25,000 | $0.045 | $1,125 | $125 | |
| PracticeFor an established practice with AI readiness in every retainer, not just new-client audits. | 50,000 | $0.0425 | $2,125 | $375 | |
| NetworkFor multi-team agencies running continuous verification across a large client portfolio. | 100,000 | $0.04 | $4,000 | $1,000 | |
| PartnerThe deepest commitment, priced exactly at our floor. This is as low as a credit goes. | 250,000 | $0.0375 | $9,375 | $3,125 |
The floor is a commitment, not a current promotion. $0.0375 is the lowest a CITAQ credit is priced at any commitment level. Publishing it is the point: you can model a client retainer against a number that has a known bottom, and quote AI readiness as a fixed-margin line item instead of a variable cost you have to hedge.
Included for agencies
What you get the day you sign up.
Connect a store even if it is already linked to the client's own CITAQ account. This is the capability that makes running CITAQ as a service possible at all, and it is agency-only.
Add client storefronts as you win them and monitor every product in each. Catalog monitoring is included with your plan and never draws from your credit balance.
Commit to a credit block and every credit in it costs less. The discount deepens at each level and stops at a floor we publish, so a client retainer can be priced against a known bottom.
Strategists, analysts and account managers work in one workspace with the access level each person needs. No shared logins.
Agency scans clear ahead of the general queue, so a client deadline does not wait behind unrelated load.
Automated competitor rescans twice weekly per client product pool.
All client stores visible in one workspace: never co-mingled, never cross-accessible.
Slack-based support channel with a named point of contact, not a ticket queue.
Programmatic access and client-ready branded reports, included — not held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier.
Scale
Built for scale across every client’s catalog.
A single store with a few weak listings is a rounding error. A dozen client stores with hundreds of products each is where per-product scoring compounds: a store-level grade can’t tell a client which SKUs are costing them AI visibility. CITAQ scores every product in every connected store, so the work stays specific no matter how large the book gets.
12 client stores
connected to one workspace
~300 products each
in every connected catalog
3,600 scores
one per SKU, none averaged away
One agency’s book, as an illustration — not a ceiling. A store-level tool gives each client one grade. CITAQ scores every SKU, so when a catalog has 288 clean products and 12 broken ones, you see exactly which 12 to fix.
Every SKU scored on its own
No store-level average hides a broken listing behind a healthy catalog. Each product carries its own score, so the fix list is always specific.
The workspace grows with your book
Add client stores as you win them and keep monitoring every product in each. Nothing to reallocate, no slots to move between accounts.
Every catalog, one view
Move between client stores without switching logins. Product pools stay isolated: never co-mingled, never cross-accessible.
Data handling
Governance & trust.
Here is how CITAQ handles your clients’ data today, plainly, and without a compliance badge we haven’t earned.
Reports never expose our internals
Every report that leaves CITAQ passes through an IP-protection contract that strips 18 engine internals first. Your clients see the findings and the fixes (scores, gaps, recommendations), never the scoring mechanics beneath them.
Disconnect means disconnected
When a client store disconnects, its Shopify OAuth token is soft-deleted and nulled, left unusable, never silently retained. Credentials follow a soft-delete-only policy across the platform.
That is the whole list today. As our data-handling program grows, this is where it will be documented, not before it’s real.
