Connect your Shopify store
Enter your Shopify store URL or custom Shopify domain and authorize read-only access. CITAQ reads product titles, descriptions, variants, price, stock, category, and URLs. No write access. No editor.
Authorization happens after account creation. CRS Trial includes 25 products, 50 scans, and 1 store. No card required.

CRS scans each product
The system runs a product-level audit: crawlability gate (checks AI bot blocks first), then Schema.org structure, attribute completeness, description clarity, variant consistency, and retrieval readiness.
A crawlability block flags immediately - no point scoring a product crawler-based systems cannot evaluate.

Get your score and fixes
Each product gets a CRS score (0-100), dual CRS-R / CRS-C breakdown, status verdict (STRONG / ELIGIBLE / CAUTION / NEEDS_WORK / BLOCKED), and up to five recommendations ranked by score impact with plain-language explanations.
The dashboard shows the highest-impact fixes first so teams can improve the catalog without reading a long report.

Fix in Shopify, reverify in CITAQ
Apply the recommended changes directly in your Shopify admin. Return to the CITAQ dashboard and trigger a rescan on any product. Scores update in real time from live Shopify data.

Two distinct scores: CRS-R measures retrieval readiness (can AI systems parse and retrieve the product?), CRS-C measures citation readiness (once found, is there enough structured support to evaluate and reference it?).
